Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Dylan Harvey and I am a second year student studying Interactive Media and Games at the Colchester Institute. I love to write stories and I aspire to become a game developer so I can one day create a game with my own narrative. My favourite aspects of story telling are world building and character creation. My hobbies include playing video games, drawing and coming up with concepts for stories while listening to music.

I am greatly inspired by Super Mario and One Piece. I grew up with Nintendo and have played the majority of their library. Their games are what pulled me into the industry and created my fascination with games. I've always had an admiration for narrative in games but never delved deep into story telling until I discovered One Piece, a Japanese manga series. This series is known for its immersive worlds and loveable characters, and these are the same reasons I was inspired to create my own stories.
